Registration

 

1. All interested participants must register via phone/email by January 20, 2006.  SPOT REGISTRATION closes by 8.30AM on 21 January 2006.  Confirmed entries via phone/email must pay Entry Fee $15 at the venue.

2. Payment is accepted by check, payable to "United States Carrom Association".

3. Mail the check  with details of participant name, address, contact# and email address to Ravin Bhatia, 1919 Midwest Rd, Suite 214, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
